  • $20 Deposit by eTransfer to Book & Confirm your Appointment

  • 24-hour Cancellation Notice required

  • Missed Appointments will forfeit the above-mentioned $20 Deposit
    (Time was set aside for you)

  • Parking Fees (if any) are to be Paid by the Student
